First, this office suite program is available as FREEWARE under another name (OpenOffice) which you do not see on the box, but which is seen once the disk is inserted and you start the install. Sneaky.
Second, this program comes with a free print shop program. Kind of cool, except it crashed whenever I made any adjustments to document formats, thus rendering it useless.
Third, the office suite program installed what it said was an update to Java. But it seems it installed what I can only call a browser highjacker which latched onto Java and kept rerouting my internet browser to nothing because it kept filling the browser address bar with really long strings of gibberish whenever I typed in an internet address or clicked on a link. I uninstalled everything this product put on my computer and uninstalled and reinstalled Java. My computer worked fine again. Then just to make sure, I reinstalled the Office Suite software again. ALL of the above mentioned problems reappeared. So I uninstalled it again, fixed my PC and deposited this product in the circular file!
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT!

From the supplier: The frozen food industry has apparently remained unaffected by Australia’s high unemployment and mortgage interest rates. Statistics show that total 1995 consumption for the frozen food sector reached 518,000 tons, with market value growing 6.1% to Australian .4 billion. Most of the gains were seen in ice cream, frozen pastry products and frozen vegetables. Per capita consumption remained relatively small as compared to the US and Europe but the market is still maturing.

Call around and get one at a clinic/hospital weight loss center that’s how I picked up mine. Had good customer service using email. They respond right away. Phones are kinda of 90’s. Comes with a white usb cable and my windows xp box picked it right up. I went to the website and registered and downloaded the software installed it and rebooted my pc. When I connect the gruve, the PC “syncs” with a scrolling status bar and then open’s your browser to the gruve site where you logon. the first 8 days are an assessment phase which is used to create a baseline for you, number of calories you burn currently. THen you go into your first real day. The device shows red, yellow, blue, green over the course of the day as you get closer to that number of calories you were burning each day + some more. Each week it cranks it up just enough so that you increase activity. The device and the graphs are fun and easy to use and understand. Typical example of how I use it is, I logon and have it dump the data so I know how many calories I’ve already burned for the day so far. Then I go mow the yard for an hour and come back and sync. Then I know how many calories I burned mowing. I like the instand feedback.
